Possible resolution could be Replacement, Exchange or Refund, backed by the 30 Days Replacement Guarantee. If the product purchased is a Juspaid product the customer is eligible for a refund if returned within 30 days of joining date and the product is in the original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
If the product purchased is of any other brands the resolution will be according to the criteria of those brands terms and conditions.
There should be no stains, marks, stitches or holes in the product(s) caused by the consumer
Original Invoice shall be returned with the product(s).
